God creates a mate for Adam

God Created a woman for Adam from Adam

to be a mate and to populate the world.

The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him." (Genesis 2:18)

So the LORD God caused Adam to fall into a deep sleep and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and closed up the place with flesh. Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man (Genesis 2:21-22).

Adam called her 'Eve', because she was the mother of all living (Genesis 3:20).

Therefore, the whole human race originated from Adam & Eve.

God instituted the 1st Family Unit on earth

Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth" (Genesis 2:18).

Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh (Genesis 2:24).

• To multiply and fill the earth and establish new families generation after generation (Genesis 1:28a; 2:24).
• To take care of and have dominion over everything He created (Genesis 1:28b).
